A fine 11-year-old single malt from Craigellachie distillery, the name Craigellachie translates to "Rocky Hill". This bottle has been independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. Their ever exciting bottle photo shows a 'worm tub' which is used to call down the vapours from the stills (worms tubs don't actually use giant worms).

The nose is creamy with notes of caramel, tea and some basil. The palate is walnut cake, honeycomb, and pear drop sweets. Very tasty indeed! The finish is long following the cake theme.
